Participants will be able to:
- Access and do research in the AZ State Law specific to clinical supervision
- List three roles of clinical supervision
- List three responsibilities of clinical supervision
- Describe one model of case presentation for clinical supervision
- Describe and observe the parallel process in supervision
- Describe the skill set of ‘forming a silent hypothesis’ when conducting clinical supervision
- Describe a skill set: how to write an individualized treatment plan
- Define vicarious liability for clinical supervisors
- Describe a skill set: how to assess a client’s response to a therapist to ascertain if the therapist is being effective or ineffective
- Differentiate between “process analysis” and “skill competency” methods of evaluating supervisees
- Give an example of an element of “evaluating theoretical and skill competencies” of a supervisee
